How to Switch to IntelliPlans

TrueSwitch makes changing your Internet Service Provider easy. We copy all your personal data to the new account, notify everyone with the new email address, forward emails sent to your old email address and help you cancel the old account.

If you don't have need to notify your friends and family about switching your Internet Service to IntelliPlans, then simply click here to sign up for one of our various plans.

First, you must sign up for your IntelliPlans account before initiating the TrueSwitch process. If you would like for TrueSwitch to automatically notify your friends and family of your new IntelliPlans email account(s), then click on the get started button below.

No need to re-enter all your records! Whether your information is stored at the web site of your old Internet Service Provider, or in an application on your computer, TrueSwitch will copy your stored emails, address book entries, calendar events and favorites (sometimes called bookmarks) to your new account.

Your information stored on your local PC is copied immediately. Information stored on the website of your old Internet Service Provider is copied by TrueSwitch's computers into your new account -- this usually takes less than an hour, but can take up to 24 hours.

This feature does not modify any of the information in your original account. All your information will remain at the old account unless you choose to delete it yourself, or you cancel your old account.

CANCEL

TrueSwitch can help you cancel your old Internet account. Many Internet Service Providers require that you phone their customer service departments.

Some Internet Service Providers (for example, AOL) support cancellation requests via fax.

TrueSwitch can send you a form to print out and fax, or you can complete a form online and we will fax it on your behalf.

If you have selected email forwarding, we will send an email to remind you to cancel your old Internet account after 21 days.

Please note that you are responsible for canceling your old Internet account to avoid incurring any additional charges.
